What we collect
Dispatch gathers public records already released by Montana agencies: incident summaries, jail bookings, court events, warrants, missing persons notices, license sanctions, and sex-offender registry updates. We do not buy private data, scrape social media, or access protected records.
Provenance
Every record shows where it came from and when we fetched it. The official agency remains the keeper of the record. If the source updates or removes information, our copy should reflect that on the next successful fetch.

Corrections SLA
We aim to acknowledge correction requests within one business day and resolve them within two business days. Corrections that change the public record are logged in our audit trail.
