Dispatch republishes official Montana public records so residents can understand what is happening in their counties. We add redactions, summaries, and provenance lines; we do not add accusations or conclusions.
Fair use
You may read, share links, and cite records here. Do not use this site to harass, stalk, threaten, or discriminate against any person. Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades service for others.
Accuracy
Records come from external agencies and may contain errors or may be updated after publication. Always confirm details with the official source. Dispatch is not liable for decisions you make based on the information shown.
Accounts and comments
Registered users may post comments. Comments are moderated and become public only after approval. We may remove comments that violate these terms without notice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. The date of the latest change appears at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
